  6. 6. Rub the meat with this spice mixture.
  7. 7. Heat oil in a pan.
  8. 8. Sear the meat in the hot pan on all sides.
  9. 9. Remove the meat from the pan.
  10. 10. Preheat the oven to 100 degrees Celsius.
  11. 11. Place the meat on a rack.
  12. 12. Place the rack in the preheated oven.
  13. 13. Cook the meat for about 45 to 50 minutes.
  14. 14. Check if the meat is pink and tender inside.
  15. 15. Peel the apple.
