  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius fan-assisted.
  2. 2. Rinse the pork loin under cold running water and pat it completely dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Slice the meat into pieces about two centimeters thick.
  4. 4. Season the meat slices generously with salt and freshly ground pepper on both sides.
  5. 5. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan over high heat.
  6. 6. Fry the meat slices in batches on each side for a short time until they have a golden-brown color.
  7. 7. Slice the mozzarella into thick rounds.
  8. 8. Wash the tomatoes and remove the hard stem area at the top.
  9. 9. Slice the tomatoes as well.
  10. 10. Slice the olives into rings.
  11. 11. Grease a baking dish with a little oil.
  12. 12. Layer the seared meat slices alternately with the tomato and mozzarella slices in the dish.
  13. 13. Sprinkle dried oregano and the olive rings over the dish.
  14. 14. Drizzle everything with a splash of olive oil.
  15. 15. Season the layers one last time with salt and pepper.
  16. 16. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake the dish for about 25 minutes.
  17. 17. Remove the meat from the oven and garnish it with fresh basil leaves.
  18. 18. Serve the dish hot.
