🍽️ Tender Pork Roast in Creamy Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 kg pork chop (whole piece, boneless)
- 1 tbsp bell peppers
- 2 tsp nutmeg (freshly grated)
- 2 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- pepper (from the mill)
- salt
- olive oil
- 250 ml vegetable broth
- 125 ml white wine
- 250 ml whipping cream
Instructions
- 1. Turn on the oven and set it to 200 degrees.
- 2. Put all the spices into a small bowl and stir them well.
- 3. Take a spoonful of olive oil and rub the meat with it.
- 4. Salt the meat generously.
- 5. Spread the spice mixture evenly over the entire meat.
- 6. Place the meat in a roasting pan.
- 7. Place the pan in the preheated oven.
- 8. Roast the meat for about 30 minutes.
- 9. Pour the broth into the pan.
- 10. Pour the white wine into the pan.
- 11. Reduce the oven temperature to 160 degrees.
- 12. Let the meat cook for another 60 minutes.
- 13. Remove the meat from the oven.
- 14. Pour a little boiling water into the hot roasting pan.
- 15. Deglaze the pan by loosening the browned bits from the bottom with the water.
- 16. Pour the entire liquid from the pan into a pot.
- 17. Stir the cream into the sauce.
- 18. Bring the sauce to a brief boil.
- 19. Stir the sauce well.
- 20. Season the sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
- 21. Slice the meat.
- 22. Place the meat slices into the sauce.
- 23. Serve the dish immediately.
