  1. 1. Whip the cream until stiff. Mix the mascarpone with the lemon juice and sugar until smooth, then gently fold in the whipped cream. Let the cherries drain well.
  2. 2. Crumble the biscuit roughly and distribute half of it among four dessert glasses. Drizzle the biscuit pieces with kirsch (cherry brandy). Add half of the cream on top and place the cherries on the cream.
  3. 3. Distribute the remaining biscuit on top and drizzle it again with kirsch (cherry brandy). Cover everything with the remaining cream. Garnish the glasses with chocolate balls and mint leaves and serve.
