- 1000 g water
Instructions
- 1. Place the blackcurrants, water, and sugar into a pot.
- 2. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it simmer briefly.
- 3. Press the cooked mixture through a fine, conical metal sieve to remove seeds and skins.
- 4. Continue to boil the pressed liquid until it reaches the desired syrup consistency.
