🍝 Black pasta with yellow tomatoes

Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 400 g yellow cherry tomatoes
- 5 g butter (1 tsp)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 400 g black ribbon noodles (refrigerated section)
- salt
- pepper
- 10 g basil (0.5 bunch)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion and the garlic.
- 2. Finely dice the onion and the garlic.
- 3. Wash the tomatoes.
- 4. Halve the tomatoes.
- 5. Heat the butter and the olive oil in a large pan.
- 6. Sauté the onion and garlic until translucent over medium heat.
- 7. Stir constantly.
- 8. Add the tomatoes to the pan.
- 9. Fry the tomatoes over low heat for about 10 minutes.
- 10. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
- 11. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.
- 12. Follow the instructions on the package.
- 13. Drain the pasta.
- 14. Let the pasta drain well.
- 15. Mix the pasta with the contents of the pan.
- 16. Wash the basil.
- 17. Shake the basil dry.
- 18. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
- 19. Divide the pasta among four plates.
- 20. Sprinkle the pasta with the basil leaves.
