🍽️ Black Linguine with Caviar

Ingredients
- 350 g Linguine
- Salt
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Truffle oil
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Parsley
- 6 tbsp Trout caviar
- 2 tsp Lemon zest
Instructions
- 1. Cook the linguine in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente (firm to the bite), drain and let them drip dry. Melt lemon juice, truffle oil and butter in a small saucepan, season with salt and pepper and mix the sauce with the pasta.
- 2. Plate the pasta (for example by winding it around a large meat fork and placing it on the plate), top with trout caviar and serve sprinkled with lemon zest.
