  1. 1. Cook the linguine in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente (firm to the bite), drain and let them drip dry. Melt lemon juice, truffle oil and butter in a small saucepan, season with salt and pepper and mix the sauce with the pasta.
  2. 2. Plate the pasta (for example by winding it around a large meat fork and placing it on the plate), top with trout caviar and serve sprinkled with lemon zest.
