🥤 Black and White Smoothie

Ingredients
- 100 g bananas (0.5 bananas)
- 150 g vanilla yogurt (1,5 % fat)
- 2 tbsp milk (1,5 % fat)
- 1 tsp deoiled cocoa powder
- 1 tsp chocolate shavings
- 2 walnut kernels
Instructions
- 1. Peel half of the banana.
- 2. Roughly chop the banana.
- 3. Place the banana in a tall container.
- 4. Add the yogurt.
- 5. Pour in the milk.
- 6. Blend the mixture with a hand blender until frothy.
- 7. Pour half of the yogurt-milk mixture into a glass.
- 8. Stir this half well with the cocoa powder.
- 9. Mix the chocolate mixture with the chocolate shavings.
- 10. Finely chop the walnuts.
- 11. Stir the walnuts into the remaining yogurt-milk mixture.
- 12. Hold a spoon back over the glass with the chocolate mixture.
- 13. Slowly let the walnut mixture flow over the back of the spoon into the glass.
- 14. Serve the smoothie with a thick straw.
