  6. 6. Add some lemon juice and mix everything well.
  7. 7. Let the mixture rest for a moment.
  8. 8. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  9. 9. Pat the plaice fillets dry with kitchen paper.
  10. 10. Season the fillets with pepper, cayenne pepper, nutmeg, and ground cloves.
  11. 11. Spread the thyme-garlic mixture evenly over the fillets.
  12. 12. Roll the fillets up tightly into rolls.
  13. 13. Secure the rolls with wooden skewers or trussing needles.
