  7. 7. Secure the rolls with wooden skewers.
  8. 8. Bring the fish stock to a boil.
  9. 9. Place the cod rolls into the boiling stock.
  10. 10. Simmer the rolls over low heat for about 5 minutes.
  11. 11. Carefully remove the rolls from the stock.
  12. 12. Reduce the fish stock by half.
  13. 13. Stir the saffron into the sauce.
  14. 14. Pour in the cream.
  15. 15. Reduce the sauce until creamy.
