  2. 2. Rinse the crab meat under cold water and then pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Wash the parsley and shake off excess water.
  4. 4. Finely chop the parsley.
  5. 5. Rinse the plaice under cold water and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  6. 6. Drizzle the fish with lemon juice.
  7. 7. Season the fish with salt and pepper.
  8. 8. Lightly coat the fish in flour, ensuring they are dusted thinly.
  9. 9. Heat a large non-stick pan.
  10. 10. Fry the bacon until crispy.
  11. 11. Remove the bacon from the pan and set it aside.
  12. 12. Add some butter and oil to the same pan.
  13. 13. Fry the plaice on both sides for about 3 minutes over medium heat.
  14. 14. Remove the fish from the pan and keep them warm.
  15. 15. Add the crab meat, the reserved bacon, and the chopped parsley to the pan.
  16. 16. Sauté the mixture briefly.
  17. 17. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of butter.
  18. 18. Plate the plaice.
  19. 19. Distribute the bacon-crab butter over the fish.
  20. 20. Garnish the dish with lemon slices.
