  5. 5. Stir the egg yolk and quark (a type of fresh cheese) into the margarine-honey mixture.
  6. 6. Mix flour, oat flakes, cocoa powder, and baking powder in a second bowl.
  7. 7. Stir the dry ingredients into the egg yolk mixture.
  8. 8. Add milk and stir until a thick batter forms.
  9. 9. Whip the egg white until it forms stiff peaks.
  10. 10. Gently fold the egg white into the batter.
  11. 11. Bake four waffles one after the other in the preheated iron.
  12. 12. Peel a banana and mash it finely with a fork.
  13. 13. Mix the banana with yogurt in a small bowl.
  14. 14. Serve the banana yogurt together with the waffles.
