  1. 1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, butter, and egg to form a shortcrust pastry dough.
  2. 2. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap.
  3. 3. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Finely chop both types of chocolate coating.
  5. 5. Melt the chocolate coating over a bowl of hot water.
  6. 6. Remove the bowl from the heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
  7. 7. Stir in the cold butter, piece by piece, into the chocolate mixture.
  8. 8. Beat the eggs with salt and powdered sugar until creamy.
  9. 9. Gently fold the egg mixture into the cooled chocolate-butter mixture.
  10. 10. Sift the flour over the mixture.
  11. 11. Gently fold in the cocoa powder and ginger as well.
  12. 12. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius fan-forced.
  13. 13. Grease the tart pan with butter.
  14. 14. Roll out the dough.
  15. 15. Place the dough in the pan and shape a small edge.
  16. 16. Pour the chocolate mixture into the tart shell.
  17. 17. Smooth the surface.
  18. 18. Bake the tart in the oven for about 50 minutes.
  19. 19. Remove the tart from the oven.
  20. 20. Let the tart cool down completely.
  21. 21. Wash the fruits for decoration.
  22. 22. Remove any seeds and clean the fruits.
  23. 23. Dry the fruits with a cloth.
  24. 24. Cut the fruits into smaller pieces if necessary.
  25. 25. Place the fruits in the center of the tart.
  26. 26. Dust the tart with powdered sugar as desired.
