🍰 Quick Chocolate Tart with Plastic Wrap

Ingredients
- 2 handfuls fresh fruits (e.g. cherries, raspberries, strawberries, red currants)
- 100 g dark milk chocolate couverture
- 150 g butter
- 5 eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 120 g powdered sugar
- 50 g flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp ginger (ground)
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, butter, and egg to form a shortcrust pastry dough.
- 2. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap.
- 3. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- 4. Finely chop both types of chocolate coating.
- 5. Melt the chocolate coating over a bowl of hot water.
- 6. Remove the bowl from the heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
- 7. Stir in the cold butter, piece by piece, into the chocolate mixture.
- 8. Beat the eggs with salt and powdered sugar until creamy.
- 9. Gently fold the egg mixture into the cooled chocolate-butter mixture.
- 10. Sift the flour over the mixture.
- 11. Gently fold in the cocoa powder and ginger as well.
- 12. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius fan-forced.
- 13. Grease the tart pan with butter.
- 14. Roll out the dough.
- 15. Place the dough in the pan and shape a small edge.
- 16. Pour the chocolate mixture into the tart shell.
- 17. Smooth the surface.
- 18. Bake the tart in the oven for about 50 minutes.
- 19. Remove the tart from the oven.
- 20. Let the tart cool down completely.
- 21. Wash the fruits for decoration.
- 22. Remove any seeds and clean the fruits.
- 23. Dry the fruits with a cloth.
- 24. Cut the fruits into smaller pieces if necessary.
- 25. Place the fruits in the center of the tart.
- 26. Dust the tart with powdered sugar as desired.
