🍽️ Crunchy Chocolate Oat Rolls

Ingredients
- 65 g Butter
- 80 g Sugar
- 125 g Oat flakes
- 25 g Cocoa powder (dark, more to taste)
- 2 tbsp Rum
- 3 drops Bitter almond flavor
- Icing sugar
Instructions
- 1. Put the butter and sugar into the food processor.
- 2. Beat the mixture with the machine until it looks light and creamy.
- 3. Add the oat flakes, cocoa powder, rum, and bitter almond flavoring to the mixture.
- 4. Beat everything on the highest setting until the mixture is creamy again.
- 5. Shape the mixture into long rolls with a thickness of 5 to 7 millimeters.
- 6. Cut the rolls into 3-centimeter long pieces.
- 7. Roll the pieces in powdered sugar.
- 8. Let the rolls dry overnight.
- 9. Store the finished rolls in tin cans for one to two weeks.
