  3. 3. Add the oat flakes, cocoa powder, rum, and bitter almond flavoring to the mixture.
  4. 4. Beat everything on the highest setting until the mixture is creamy again.
  5. 5. Shape the mixture into long rolls with a thickness of 5 to 7 millimeters.
  6. 6. Cut the rolls into 3-centimeter long pieces.
  7. 7. Roll the pieces in powdered sugar.
  8. 8. Let the rolls dry overnight.
  9. 9. Store the finished rolls in tin cans for one to two weeks.
