🍽️ Classic Chocolate Bars

Ingredients
- 250 g dark chocolate (min. 45% cocoa)
- 100 g ladyfingers
- 20 ml orange or almond liqueur
- 50 g hazelnuts (or almonds)
- 150 g dark couverture
- 40 g white couverture
Instructions
- 1. Melt the chocolate in a pot or in the microwave.
- 2. Split the biscuits in half.
- 3. Drizzle the biscuit halves with the liqueur.
- 4. Finely chop the nuts or almonds.
- 5. Mix the biscuit pieces and nuts with the melted chocolate.
- 6. Line a small, square mold with cling film.
- 7. Press the chocolate mixture firmly into the prepared mold.
- 8. Place the mold in a cool spot until the mixture is firm.
- 9. Melt the coating chocolate and temper it briefly.
- 10. Coat the surface of the chocolate mixture with the tempered coating chocolate.
- 11. Let the layer dry in the air.
- 12. Melt the white coating chocolate and temper it as well.
- 13. Fill the white coating chocolate into a piping bag.
- 14. Cut off the small tip of the bag.
- 15. Draw lines of white chocolate over the bars.
- 16. Let the decoration set completely.
- 17. Invert the mold to release the chocolate mixture.
- 18. Place the mixture on a serving plate.
- 19. Warm a knife slightly on a heater or under warm water.
- 20. Cut the bars into even pieces using the warmed knife.
