  1. 1. Melt the chocolate in a pot or in the microwave.
  2. 2. Split the biscuits in half.
  3. 3. Drizzle the biscuit halves with the liqueur.
  4. 4. Finely chop the nuts or almonds.
  5. 5. Mix the biscuit pieces and nuts with the melted chocolate.
  6. 6. Line a small, square mold with cling film.
  7. 7. Press the chocolate mixture firmly into the prepared mold.
  8. 8. Place the mold in a cool spot until the mixture is firm.
  9. 9. Melt the coating chocolate and temper it briefly.
  10. 10. Coat the surface of the chocolate mixture with the tempered coating chocolate.
  11. 11. Let the layer dry in the air.
  12. 12. Melt the white coating chocolate and temper it as well.
  13. 13. Fill the white coating chocolate into a piping bag.
  14. 14. Cut off the small tip of the bag.
  15. 15. Draw lines of white chocolate over the bars.
  16. 16. Let the decoration set completely.
  17. 17. Invert the mold to release the chocolate mixture.
  18. 18. Place the mixture on a serving plate.
  19. 19. Warm a knife slightly on a heater or under warm water.
  20. 20. Cut the bars into even pieces using the warmed knife.
