🍽️ Fluffy chocolate-nut cookies with icing

Ingredients
- 75 g dark chocolate
- 75 g soft butter
- 1 egg
- 150 g sugar
- 125 g ground hazelnuts
- 125 g flour
- 2 egg yolks
- 4 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
- 1. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
- 2. Place a bowl over a pot of hot water and melt the chocolate pieces in it.
- 3. Let the melted chocolate cool down slightly.
- 4. Whisk the butter with the egg and sugar until the mixture becomes fluffy.
- 5. Stir the chopped hazelnuts and the cooled chocolate into the butter mixture.
- 6. Gently fold in the flour until it is just incorporated.
- 7. Place the dough in the refrigerator for one hour.
- 8. Shape the dough into a roll with a diameter of about 3 centimeters.
- 9. Cut the roll into diagonal slices about 7 millimeters thick.
- 10. Whisk the egg yolk with the powdered sugar until the mixture is frothy.
- 11. Brush the cookie slices with the egg yolk-sugar mixture.
- 12. Leave a small border around the edges.
- 13. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 14. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 15. Bake the cookies for about 10 to 12 minutes.
