  1. 1. Knead flour, powdered sugar, egg, and butter into a smooth dough. Then kneel cocoa and the finely chopped almonds into the dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. 2. Roll the dough between two sheets of baking paper to a thickness of about 5 millimeters. Cut out circles, place them on a greased baking sheet, and bake at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes. Remove the cookies, let them cool, and sprinkle them with chopped almonds.
