🍰 Chocolate Oat Bowl with Quark and Fresh Mango

Ingredients
- 250 g Quark (20 % Fett)
- 6 tbsp Milch
- 1 ripe Mango
- 8 tbsp Oats
- Dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp Agave syrup
Instructions
- 1. Peel the mango and carefully cut the flesh away from the pit.
- 2. Cut the mango flesh into small, even cubes.
- 3. Grate the chocolate into fine shavings using a grater.
- 4. Whisk the quark in a bowl with the milk and agave syrup until the mixture is smooth.
- 5. Set aside a few of the mango cubes for decoration.
- 6. Stir the remaining mango cubes into the quark mixture.
- 7. Fill small bowls with the mango-quark mixture.
- 8. Generously sprinkle the oats over the bowls.
- 9. Add the chocolate shavings according to your taste.
- 10. Decorate the bowls with the reserved mango cubes.
- 11. Serve the cereal immediately while fresh.
