  1. 1. Mix the sugar with the cocoa powder and 5 tablespoons of water until you have a smooth paste.
  2. 2. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
  3. 3. Melt the chocolate pieces together with the honey, cinnamon, and cardamom over a bowl of hot water (bain-marie).
  4. 4. Bring the cream to a boil in a saucepan.
  5. 5. Remove the saucepan with the cream from the heat.
  6. 6. Stir the prepared cocoa mixture vigorously into the hot cream.
  7. 7. Add the melted chocolate mixture and stir everything well.
  8. 8. Let the mixture cool down completely, stirring it occasionally.
  9. 9. Whip the cooled mixture until creamy using a hand mixer.
  10. 10. Pour the whisky slowly into the cream while stirring continuously.
  11. 11. Pour the finished liqueur into a bottle.
  12. 12. Store the bottle in a cool and dark place.
  13. 13. Shake the liqueur well again before serving.
