🍽️ Creamy Orange-Flavored Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 125 g milk chocolate
- 125 g whipping cream
- 30 g soft butter
- 2 tbsp orange liqueur (e.g. Cointreau)
- 40 chocolate molds
Instructions
- 1. Break the chocolate into small pieces.
- 2. Heat the cream in a pot until it briefly comes to a boil.
- 3. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 4. Let the chocolate pieces melt in the hot cream.
- 5. Stir the butter in small pieces into the chocolate mixture.
- 6. Add the orange liqueur and stir everything well.
- 7. Let the mixture cool down at room temperature.
- 8. Wait until the truffle mixture has become creamy.
- 9. Fill the mixture into a piping bag.
- 10. Attach a star nozzle to the tip of the piping bag.
- 11. Pipe the truffle mixture into the chocolate molds.
- 12. Store the truffles in a cool place.
