  5. 5. Stir the butter in small pieces into the chocolate mixture.
  6. 6. Add the orange liqueur and stir everything well.
  7. 7. Let the mixture cool down at room temperature.
  8. 8. Wait until the truffle mixture has become creamy.
  9. 9. Fill the mixture into a piping bag.
  10. 10. Attach a star nozzle to the tip of the piping bag.
  11. 11. Pipe the truffle mixture into the chocolate molds.
  12. 12. Store the truffles in a cool place.
