🍽️ Light Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients
- 350 ml milk (1.5% fat)
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 25 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa content)
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp coconut blossom sugar
Instructions
- 1. Take three tablespoons of milk from the total amount and put them into a small bowl.
- 2. Add the cornstarch to the bowl with the cold milk.
- 3. Stir the mixture with a whisk until no lumps remain and the mass is smooth.
- 4. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
- 5. Put the chopped chocolate, cocoa powder, coconut blossom sugar, and the remaining milk into a small saucepan.
- 6. Heat the mixture while stirring constantly with a whisk until it comes to a boil.
- 7. Remove the saucepan from the heat immediately.
- 8. Stir the prepared starch-milk mixture into the hot chocolate mass.
- 9. Place the saucepan back on the stove.
- 10. Heat the sauce again while stirring until it comes to a boil.
- 11. Pour the finished sauce into a clean bowl.
- 12. Let the sauce cool down for about 40 minutes.
