  1. 1. Take three tablespoons of milk from the total amount and put them into a small bowl.
  2. 2. Add the cornstarch to the bowl with the cold milk.
  3. 3. Stir the mixture with a whisk until no lumps remain and the mass is smooth.
  4. 4. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
  5. 5. Put the chopped chocolate, cocoa powder, coconut blossom sugar, and the remaining milk into a small saucepan.
  6. 6. Heat the mixture while stirring constantly with a whisk until it comes to a boil.
  7. 7. Remove the saucepan from the heat immediately.
  8. 8. Stir the prepared starch-milk mixture into the hot chocolate mass.
  9. 9. Place the saucepan back on the stove.
  10. 10. Heat the sauce again while stirring until it comes to a boil.
  11. 11. Pour the finished sauce into a clean bowl.
  12. 12. Let the sauce cool down for about 40 minutes.
