🍽️ Creamy Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 100 g high-quality dark chocolate
- 10 ml espresso (strong)
- 10 ml cognac (to taste)
- 2 tbsp palm oil
- 100 ml whipping cream (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Heat water in a pot until it is hot, but do not let it boil.
- 2. Place a heatproof bowl over the hot water, making sure it does not touch the water.
- 3. Break the chocolate into small pieces and put them into the bowl.
- 4. Let the chocolate melt slowly, stirring it occasionally.
- 5. Add the palm fat to the melted chocolate and stir until it is completely melted.
- 6. Add the espresso and the cognac and stir the mixture well.
- 7. Add the cream slowly to the chocolate mixture while stirring constantly.
- 8. Continue stirring until the sauce is thick and creamy.
- 9. Serve the sauce warm or cold with ice cream, pancakes, or fresh fruit.
