  2. 2. Mix the flour, ground almonds, powdered sugar, one tablespoon of cocoa, and the grated chocolate pieces.
  3. 3. Add the butter cut into small cubes and the cream.
  4. 4. Knead everything quickly into a smooth dough.
  5. 5. Divide the dough into two equal parts.
  6. 6. Shape them into two long rolls.
  7. 7. Wrap each roll individually in plastic wrap.
  8. 8. Place them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  9. 9. Preheat the oven.
  10. 10. Line two baking sheets with baking paper.
  11. 11. Cut each dough roll into about 20 equal slices.
  12. 12. Roll the slices into small balls the size of a walnut.
  13. 13. Place them on the baking sheet.
  14. 14. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes.
  15. 15. Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar, and the remaining cocoa in a small bowl.
  16. 16. Roll the still warm chocolate balls in this sugar mixture.
  17. 17. Let them cool completely on a wire rack.
