  3. 3. Catch the draining cherry juice in a bowl.
  4. 4. Beat the butter, eggs, and sugar until creamy.
  5. 5. Stir the yogurt into the butter-egg mixture.
  6. 6. Take two tablespoons of the collected cherry juice.
  7. 7. Stir the two tablespoons of cherry juice into the mixture.
  8. 8. Mix the flour with the baking powder.
  9. 9. Add four tablespoons of cocoa powder and cinnamon to the flour mixture.
  10. 10. Quickly stir the dry mixture into the butter-egg mass.
  11. 11. Gently fold the cherries into the chocolate batter.
  12. 12. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  13. 13. Spread the batter evenly onto the baking tray.
  14. 14. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius conventional heat.
  15. 15. Bake the cake in the oven for 40 minutes.
  16. 16. Remove the cake from the oven.
