🍰 Vegan Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 250 g dark chocolate (vegan)
- 250 ml soy drink (soy milk)
- 5 tbsp vegetable oil
- 250 ml soy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- 1. Break the chocolate into small pieces.
- 2. Place the soy milk and chocolate pieces in a small saucepan.
- 3. Heat the mixture over low heat.
- 4. Stir constantly until the chocolate has completely melted.
- 5. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
- 6. Add the vegetable oil, soy cream, and vanilla extract.
- 7. Whisk everything well until you have a homogeneous mixture.
- 8. Let the mixture cool down completely.
- 9. Pour the cooled mixture into your ice cream maker.
- 10. Freeze the ice cream according to your machine manufacturer's instructions.
