  1. 1. Melt both types of chocolate in a double boiler. While doing so, whisk the egg and egg yolk together with the powdered sugar in the same double boiler until a thick, creamy mixture forms.
  2. 2. Stir the melted chocolate into the egg mixture. Mix in the whisky and the grated orange peel, then let the mixture cool down slightly. Whip the cream until stiff and gently fold it into the cooled cream.
  3. 3. Divide the cream among small glasses or bowls. Chill in the refrigerator for about 3 hours. Serve dusted with cocoa powder and topped with chocolate shavings.
