Ingredients
- 150 g Bitterschokolade
- 400 g Crème fraîche
- 400 g frische Früchte (z. B. Beeren, Kiwis, Mango, Physalis)
Instructions
- 1. Break the chocolate into small pieces. Heat the crème fraîche while stirring constantly. Add the chocolate pieces and keep stirring until they have completely melted. Fill the cream into small glasses and place them in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- 2. Prepare the fruits and cut them into bite-sized pieces if necessary. Place the fruits on top of the cooled cream and serve the dessert.
