🍰 Creamy Chocolate Delight

Ingredients
- 150 g milk chocolate
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 1 large egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 40 ml whisky
- 2 tsp grated orange peel
- 400 g whipping cream
- cocoa powder (for dusting)

Instructions
- 1. Place a pot with a little water on the stove and heat it up.
- 2. Place a heatproof bowl over the hot water (bain-marie).
- 3. Add both types of chocolate to the bowl and let them melt slowly.
- 4. Add the egg, the egg yolk, and the powdered sugar to a separate bowl.
- 5. Place this bowl over the hot water as well.
- 6. Whisk the egg mixture with a mixer until it becomes thick and creamy.
- 7. Remove the bowl from the hot water.
- 8. Add the melted chocolate to the egg mixture.
- 9. Stir everything well until it forms a homogeneous mass.
- 10. Add the whisky and the grated orange peel.
- 11. Stir in the ingredients.
- 12. Let the chocolate mixture cool down briefly.
- 13. Whip the cream in a cold bowl until stiff.
- 14. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cooled chocolate cream.
- 15. Distribute the cream into small glasses or bowls.
- 16. Place the glasses in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
- 17. Dust the finished cream with cocoa powder before serving.
- 18. Sprinkle the cream with chocolate shavings as well.
