  1. 1. Place a pot with a little water on the stove and heat it up.
  2. 2. Place a heatproof bowl over the hot water (bain-marie).
  3. 3. Add both types of chocolate to the bowl and let them melt slowly.
  4. 4. Add the egg, the egg yolk, and the powdered sugar to a separate bowl.
  5. 5. Place this bowl over the hot water as well.
  6. 6. Whisk the egg mixture with a mixer until it becomes thick and creamy.
  7. 7. Remove the bowl from the hot water.
  8. 8. Add the melted chocolate to the egg mixture.
  9. 9. Stir everything well until it forms a homogeneous mass.
  10. 10. Add the whisky and the grated orange peel.
  11. 11. Stir in the ingredients.
  12. 12. Let the chocolate mixture cool down briefly.
  13. 13. Whip the cream in a cold bowl until stiff.
  14. 14. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cooled chocolate cream.
  15. 15. Distribute the cream into small glasses or bowls.
  16. 16. Place the glasses in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
  17. 17. Dust the finished cream with cocoa powder before serving.
  18. 18. Sprinkle the cream with chocolate shavings as well.
