  1. 1. Roughly chop the white chocolate.
  2. 2. Place the chocolate pieces and the cream in a pot.
  3. 3. Melt the mixture while stirring.
  4. 4. Get the small chocolate cup molds ready.
  5. 5. Make sure the mold is open at the bottom.
  6. 6. Pour the liquid chocolate into the mold.
  7. 7. Tilt and rotate the mold slightly.
  8. 8. Distribute the chocolate evenly along the sides.
  9. 9. Let the excess chocolate drain out through the bottom opening.
  10. 10. Place the mold on a wire rack.
  11. 11. Let the chocolate shells dry completely.
  12. 12. Carefully release the finished chocolate cup from the mold.
  13. 13. Finely chop the chocolate for the mousse.
  14. 14. Place the chocolate and the whiskey in a heatproof bowl.
  15. 15. Place the bowl over a pot of hot water.
  16. 16. Make sure the water does not boil.
  17. 17. Melt the chocolate in the hot water bath.
  18. 18. Let the melted chocolate cool down.
  19. 19. Separate the eggs into yolks and whites.
  20. 20. Add a pinch of salt to the eggs.
  21. 21. Whip the egg whites until stiff.
  22. 22. Get a second heatproof bowl.
  23. 23. Place the egg yolks and the sugar in this bowl.
  24. 24. Place the bowl over the hot water bath.
  25. 25. Whisk the egg yolk and sugar mixture until very frothy.
  26. 26. Add the cooled chocolate to the egg yolk mixture.
  27. 27. Stir in the chocolate.
  28. 28. Gently fold the egg whites into the mixture.
  29. 29. Whip the cream until stiff.
  30. 30. Fold the cream into the chocolate cream.
  31. 31. Fill the cream into the four chocolate cups.
  32. 32. Place the cups in the refrigerator.
  33. 33. Let the cream set for about three to four hours.
  34. 34. Sprinkle the finished cream with chocolate shavings.
  35. 35. Serve the chocolate cups.
