🍽️ Crunchy Chocolate Spritz Cookies

Ingredients
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- vanilla pods
- 175 butter
- 300 g flour
- 20 ml brandy
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 50 g white coating chocolate
Instructions
- 1. Beat the softened butter until creamy, then mix in powdered sugar, vanilla seeds, egg, brandy, and cinnamon until well combined. Whisk flour, salt, baking powder, and cocoa powder in a separate bowl, then gently fold this dry mixture into the butter mixture.
- 2. Fill the dough into a piping bag fitted with a large star tip. Pipe the cookies decoratively onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 3. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 12 minutes. Remove the tray and let the cookies cool down completely.
- 4. Chop the chocolate coating and melt it using a double boiler. Place a small ball of the melted chocolate in the center of each cooled cookie and let it set. Optionally, dust the cookies lightly with powdered sugar.
