  1. 1. Beat the softened butter until creamy, then mix in powdered sugar, vanilla seeds, egg, brandy, and cinnamon until well combined. Whisk flour, salt, baking powder, and cocoa powder in a separate bowl, then gently fold this dry mixture into the butter mixture.
  2. 2. Fill the dough into a piping bag fitted with a large star tip. Pipe the cookies decoratively onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. 3. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 12 minutes. Remove the tray and let the cookies cool down completely.
  4. 4. Chop the chocolate coating and melt it using a double boiler. Place a small ball of the melted chocolate in the center of each cooled cookie and let it set. Optionally, dust the cookies lightly with powdered sugar.
