  2. 2. Add powdered sugar, vanilla bean paste, an egg, brandy, and cinnamon to the butter and mix well.
  3. 3. Mix flour, salt, baking powder, and cocoa powder in a separate bowl.
  4. 4. Slowly fold the flour mixture into the butter mixture until a uniform dough forms.
  5. 5. Fill the dough into a piping bag fitted with a large star tip.
  6. 6. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  7. 7. Pipe decorative cookies onto the prepared tray.
  8. 8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  9. 9. Bake the cookies for about 12 minutes in the preheated oven.
  10. 10. Remove the tray and let the cookies cool down completely.
  11. 11. Chop chocolate couverture and melt it in a double boiler.
  12. 12. Place a small ball of melted chocolate in the center of each cooled cookie.
  13. 13. Let the chocolate on the cookies dry before serving.
