🍽️ Crunchy Chocolate Spritz Cookies

Ingredients
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- vanilla pods
- 175 butter
- 300 g flour
- 20 ml brandy
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 50 g white chocolate
Instructions
- 1. Cream soft butter in a bowl using a mixer or whisk until smooth.
- 2. Add powdered sugar, vanilla bean paste, an egg, brandy, and cinnamon to the butter and mix well.
- 3. Mix flour, salt, baking powder, and cocoa powder in a separate bowl.
- 4. Slowly fold the flour mixture into the butter mixture until a uniform dough forms.
- 5. Fill the dough into a piping bag fitted with a large star tip.
- 6. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 7. Pipe decorative cookies onto the prepared tray.
- 8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 9. Bake the cookies for about 12 minutes in the preheated oven.
- 10. Remove the tray and let the cookies cool down completely.
- 11. Chop chocolate couverture and melt it in a double boiler.
- 12. Place a small ball of melted chocolate in the center of each cooled cookie.
- 13. Let the chocolate on the cookies dry before serving.
