🍰 Crunchy Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
- 140 g soft butter
- 200 g brown sugar
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 350 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 100 g ground hazelnuts
- 200 g chocolate chips
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Soften the butter at room temperature and beat it with the cane sugar and powdered sugar until creamy.
- 3. Beat the eggs into the butter-sugar mixture one by one.
- 4. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
- 5. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet butter mixture.
- 6. Stir in the hazelnuts and chocolate chips at the end.
- 7. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 8. Take a tablespoon of dough and form small mounds.
- 9. Place the dough portions on the tray with some space between them.
- 10. Bake the cookies for 15 to 17 minutes in the preheated oven.
- 11. Remove the tray from the oven.
- 12. Let the cookies cool down completely on a wire rack.
