  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2. Soften the butter at room temperature and beat it with the cane sugar and powdered sugar until creamy.
  3. 3. Beat the eggs into the butter-sugar mixture one by one.
  4. 4. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  5. 5. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet butter mixture.
  6. 6. Stir in the hazelnuts and chocolate chips at the end.
  7. 7. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  8. 8. Take a tablespoon of dough and form small mounds.
  9. 9. Place the dough portions on the tray with some space between them.
  10. 10. Bake the cookies for 15 to 17 minutes in the preheated oven.
  11. 11. Remove the tray from the oven.
  12. 12. Let the cookies cool down completely on a wire rack.
