  3. 3. Melt the chocolate over a bowl of hot water (bain-marie).
  4. 4. Let the melted chocolate cool down.
  5. 5. Beat the butter and sugar until fluffy.
  6. 6. Stir in the eggs one by one into the butter mixture.
  7. 7. Stir the cooled chocolate into the butter mixture.
  8. 8. Mix the flour with the starch, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
  9. 9. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture.
  10. 10. Pour in the milk and stir everything together.
  11. 11. Line a springform pan with baking paper.
  12. 12. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  13. 13. Smooth the surface of the batter.
  14. 14. Bake the cake in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
