  2. 2. Pat the fruit dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Cut the apple into quarters.
  4. 4. Remove the core from the apple pieces.
  5. 5. Cut the apple flesh into small cubes.
  6. 6. Peel the pineapple.
  7. 7. Remove the tough core of the pineapple.
  8. 8. Cut the pineapple flesh into pieces about 2 cm in size.
  9. 9. Peel the banana.
  10. 10. Slice the banana into rounds.
  11. 11. Thread the prepared fruits onto wooden skewers.
  12. 12. Roughly chop the different chocolate types.
  13. 13. Fill a pot with water and heat it.
  14. 14. Place a bowl with chocolate over the hot water (bain-marie).
  15. 15. Melt each chocolate variety separately.
  16. 16. Avoid getting water droplets into the chocolate.
  17. 17. Ensure the chocolate does not exceed 45 degrees Celsius.
  18. 18. Dip the fruit skewers into the melted chocolate.
  19. 19. Decide whether to coat the skewers completely or partially.
  20. 20. Fill some melted chocolate into a piping bag.
  21. 21. Decorate the skewers with coconut flakes, almonds, or chocolate patterns.
  22. 22. Place the skewers on baking paper.
  23. 23. Let the chocolate dry.
  24. 24. Serve the chocolate fruit skewers.
