🍰 Fruit Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients
- milk and dark chocolate (100 g each)
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 40 ml cognac
- wooden skewers
- 1 kg mixed exotic fruits (physalis, kumquats, carambola, pineapple, sweet melon...)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the fruits thoroughly.
- 2. Remove stems, seeds, or inedible parts.
- 3. Peel the fruits if necessary.
- 4. Cut everything into small, bite-sized pieces.
- 5. Arrange the fruits attractively on a platter.
- 6. Chop the chocolate into coarse pieces.
- 7. Place the chocolate pieces into the fondue pot.
- 8. Pour the cream over the chocolate.
- 9. Place the pot over very low heat.
- 10. Stir constantly until the chocolate melts.
- 11. Add some cognac if desired.
- 12. Place the fondue on the table.
- 13. Skewer the fruits onto the sticks.
- 14. Dip the fruits into the warm chocolate.
