  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Roughly chop both types of chocolate coating.
  3. 3. Place a bowl over a pot of hot water (bain-marie).
  4. 4. Melt the chocolate together with the butter and sugar in the bowl.
  5. 5. Stir in the eggs and flour using a whisk.
  6. 6. Fill the cream into four small ovenproof ramekins.
  7. 7. Bake the ramekins for about 8 minutes in the oven.
  8. 8. Remove the ramekins and let them cool down slightly.
  9. 9. Serve the cream lukewarm or cold.
