🍰 Fast Chocolate Cream

Ingredients
- 150 g dark chocolate coating
- 100 milk chocolate coating
- 150 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 80 g flour
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Roughly chop both types of chocolate coating.
- 3. Place a bowl over a pot of hot water (bain-marie).
- 4. Melt the chocolate together with the butter and sugar in the bowl.
- 5. Stir in the eggs and flour using a whisk.
- 6. Fill the cream into four small ovenproof ramekins.
- 7. Bake the ramekins for about 8 minutes in the oven.
- 8. Remove the ramekins and let them cool down slightly.
- 9. Serve the cream lukewarm or cold.
