  1. 1. Melt both types of chocolate in a double boiler. While doing so, whisk the egg and egg yolk together with the powdered sugar in the same double boiler until a thick, creamy mixture forms.
  2. 2. Stir the melted chocolate into the egg cream. Add the whiskey and let the mixture cool down slightly. Whip the cream until stiff and gently fold it into the cooled cream.
  3. 3. Pour the cream into glasses or small bowls and chill in the refrigerator for about 3 hours. Serve garnished with chocolate shavings and fresh lemon balm leaves.
