  8. 8. Mix the cornstarch with a little water until smooth.
  9. 9. Stir the cornstarch mixture into the orange sauce.
  10. 10. Bring the sauce to a brief boil.
  11. 11. Chill the sauce.
  12. 12. Warm the milk and oil to 50 degrees.
  13. 13. Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla seeds, and salt until creamy.
  14. 14. Fold in flour and cocoa.
  15. 15. Stir in the warm milk-oil mixture.
  16. 16. Spread the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
