🍳 Chocolate Quark with Bananas

Ingredients
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 1 banana
- 250 g lactose-free low-fat quark
- 2 tbsp lactose-free milk (3.5% fat)
Instructions
- 1. Finely grate the dark chocolate. Set aside about one tablespoon of the chocolate shavings.
- 2. Peel the banana and dice the flesh into small cubes. Set aside about one to two tablespoons of the banana cubes for garnish.
- 3. Stir the quark smooth with the milk. Gently fold in the remaining chocolate shavings and banana cubes.
- 4. Divide the chocolate quark between two bowls. Garnish with the remaining chocolate shavings and banana cubes.
