🍰 Crunchy Chocolate Nut Shards

Ingredients
- 150 g peeled hazelnut kernels
- 150 g peeled almond kernels
- 250 g dark chocolate
- 250 g milk chocolate
Instructions
- 1. Place the nut kernels into a non-stick frying pan.
- 2. Roast the nuts without added fat over medium heat.
- 3. Stir the nuts regularly until they are golden brown and fragrant.
- 4. Remove the pan from the heat and transfer the nuts to a bowl.
- 5. Chop the chocolate into coarse pieces.
- 6. Fill a pot with a little water and heat it until it boils.
- 7. Place a heatproof bowl over the pot, ensuring it does not touch the bottom of the pot.
- 8. Add the chocolate pieces into the bowl.
- 9. Stir the chocolate continuously until it is completely melted.
- 10. Pour the melted chocolate over the roasted nuts.
- 11. Mix everything well so that all nuts are coated with chocolate.
- 12. Let the mixture rest for a few minutes until it has cooled slightly.
- 13. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 14. Spread the nut-chocolate mixture thinly and evenly onto the paper.
- 15. Let the mixture stand at room temperature until it has become completely hard.
- 16. Break the hardened chocolate-nut slab into irregular, coarse pieces.
- 17. Place the pieces into a serving bowl.
