  1. 1. Put oil, eggs, milk, and honey into a large mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Whisk the ingredients with the beaters of a hand mixer until well combined.
  3. 3. Take a second bowl and mix flour, baking powder, oats, and cocoa powder in it.
  4. 4. Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture.
  5. 5. Stir everything quickly until the ingredients are combined.
  6. 6. Place 6 paper liners into the compartments of a 6-cup muffin tin.
  7. 7. Fill the batter into the liners.
  8. 8. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (160 °C for fan-assisted or gas mark 2–3).
  9. 9. Bake the muffins on the middle rack for about 15 minutes.
  10. 10. Remove the muffins from the oven.
  11. 11. Let them cool on a wire rack.
  12. 12. Halve the oranges and squeeze out the juice.
  13. 13. Serve 1 muffin per portion along with the juice of 2 oranges.
  14. 14. Put the remaining muffins into an airtight container.
  15. 15. Store the container in the refrigerator, where the muffins will stay fresh for about 1 week.
  16. 16. Serve the stored muffins gradually along with orange juice.
