🍰 Chocolate-Mint Mousse

Ingredients
- 100 g chocolate-mint leaves (for decorating)
- 1 tbsp cognac
- 150 g whipping cream
- 150 g crème double
- 8 chocolate-mint leaves (for decorating)
Instructions
- 1. Break the chocolate tablets into small pieces.
- 2. Place the chocolate pieces and the brandy in a heatproof bowl.
- 3. Place the bowl over a pot with simmering water.
- 4. Melt the chocolate over low heat until it is liquid.
- 5. Remove the bowl from the pot and let the mixture cool down briefly.
- 6. Whip the cream and the double cream in a separate bowl until stiff.
- 7. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cooled chocolate mixture.
- 8. Fill the mousse into small bowls.
- 9. Place the bowls in the refrigerator for one hour.
- 10. Break some chocolate tablets into small pieces before serving.
- 11. Decorate the mousse with the chocolate pieces.
