  2. 2. Place the saucepan on the stove and heat the milk until it boils.
  3. 3. Remove the saucepan from the heat briefly.
  4. 4. Add the rice flakes and cocoa powder to the hot milk.
  5. 5. Stir the mixture smoothly with a whisk.
  6. 6. Place the saucepan back on the stove.
  7. 7. Let the mixture boil for 1 minute while stirring constantly.
  8. 8. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
  9. 9. Cover the saucepan with a lid.
  10. 10. Let the rice flake pudding swell for 3 to 5 minutes.
  11. 11. Rinse the peach under running water.
  12. 12. Dry the peach with a kitchen towel.
  13. 13. Cut the peach in half along the natural indentation.
  14. 14. Remove the pit from each peach half.
  15. 15. Dice the flesh of the peach halves into small cubes.
  16. 16. Gently fold the peach cubes into the chocolate rice pudding.
  17. 17. Pour the cream over the finished rice pudding.
