  3. 3. Toast the almonds briefly until they smell fragrant.
  4. 4. Put the chopped chocolate into a food processor or blender.
  5. 5. Chop the chocolate into fine crumbs.
  6. 6. Finely chop the marzipan.
  7. 7. Add the egg whites to the marzipan in portions.
  8. 8. Knead the egg well into the marzipan each time.
  9. 9. Gradually add the powdered sugar.
  10. 10. Add the cocoa to the mixture.
  11. 11. Add the cinnamon to the mixture.
  12. 12. Add the chocolate crumbs to the mixture.
  13. 13. Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough.
  14. 14. Moisten your hands with a little water.
  15. 15. Take a small amount of dough with a small spoon.
  16. 16. Shape the dough into a ball.
  17. 17. Repeat this until you have 40 balls.
  18. 18. Make sure the balls are about 3 cm in diameter.
  19. 19. Press a small indentation into each ball.
