🍽️ Chocolate Liqueur

Ingredients
- 1 pomegranate
- 1 small red chili pepper
- 250 g dark chocolate
- 40 ml coffee liqueur
Instructions
- 1. Cut the pomegranate in half.
- 2. Carefully remove the seeds.
- 3. Slice the chili lengthwise.
- 4. Remove the seeds from the chili.
- 5. Finely chop the chili flesh.
- 6. Melt the chocolate over a hot, but not boiling, water bath.
- 7. Stir the chopped chili into the melted chocolate.
- 8. Add half of the pomegranate seeds.
- 9. Mix the seeds well with the chocolate.
- 10. Add the liqueur to the chocolate mixture.
- 11. Stir everything well until combined.
- 12. Pour the drink into four nice liqueur glasses.
- 13. Sprinkle the dessert with the remaining pomegranate seeds.
- 14. Serve the dessert now.
