🍽️ Chocolate Cherry Quark

Ingredients
- 40 g Buckwheat (2 tbsp)
- 75 ml Milk (1.5% fat) (5 tbsp)
- 60 g sweet cherries (or 3 tbsp sour cherries from a jar)
- 1 tsp deoiled cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Honey
- 60 g Low-fat quark (3 tbsp)
Instructions
- 1. Heat a pot and roast the buckwheat in it without oil until it smells pleasant.
- 2. Pour the milk over the buckwheat and bring the mixture to a boil.
- 3. Reduce the heat to low and let the buckwheat swell for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 4. Wash the cherries, remove the stems, and halve them, removing the pits.
- 5. Stir the cocoa powder and honey into the cooled buckwheat.
- 6. Layer the buckwheat and cherries alternately in a bowl.
- 7. Finish the layers with a layer of quark (a type of fresh cheese).
- 8. Sprinkle the dessert with a little cocoa powder to taste and serve.
