Ingredients
- 100 g dried fruits (e.g. apricots, plums, dates etc.)
- 1 firm pear
- 1 banana
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 100 g ladyfinger biscuits
- 150 g white grapes
- 100 g milk chocolate
- 80 g dark chocolate
- 150 ml milk
- 1 kg fruits (strawberries, kiwis, apples, plums, red grapes)
- 1 lemon juice
- 300 g milk yogurt
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 4 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the dried fruits under hot water.
- 2. Let the fruits drain.
- 3. Remove the stones from the fruits if necessary.
- 4. Wash the pear.
- 5. Core the pear.
- 6. Cut the pear into wedges.
- 7. Peel the banana.
- 8. Cut the banana into thick slices.
- 9. Drizzle the pear and banana with lemon juice.
- 10. Remove the grapes from the stems.
- 11. Wash the grapes.
- 12. Halve the ladyfinger biscuits.
- 13. Chop the chocolate.
- 14. Place the chocolate and milk in the caquelon.
- 15. Melt the chocolate over low heat.
- 16. Stir constantly.
- 17. Arrange the fruits and ladyfinger biscuits on a plate.
- 18. Wash the apples.
- 19. Core the apples.
- 20. Cut the apples into small pieces.
- 21. Drizzle the apples with lemon juice.
- 22. Wash all other fruits.
- 23. Cut the other fruits into bite-sized pieces.
- 24. Whisk the yogurt, crème fraîche, honey, and cornstarch until smooth.
- 25. Place the mixture in the caquelon.
- 26. Heat the mixture over low heat.
- 27. Stir constantly.
- 28. Decorate the fruits on a platter.
