  1. 1. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and place them in a heatproof bowl.
  2. 2. Place the bowl over a pot of hot (not boiling) water (a double boiler setup) and stir until the chocolate is completely melted.
  3. 3. Remove the bowl from the pot and let the chocolate cool down slightly for a moment to thicken a bit.
  4. 4. Roughly crumble 50 grams of Corn Flakes using your hands or a spoon.
  5. 5. Fold the crumbled Corn Flakes into the melted chocolate until everything is evenly coated.
  6. 6. Line 10 to 12 tartlet molds (with a diameter of 10 to 12 centimeters) with plastic wrap so the nests can be easily removed later.
  7. 7. Place the chocolate-Corn-Flake mixture into the lined molds and smooth it out with a spoon or knife.
  8. 8. Place the molds in the refrigerator or freezer until the chocolate base has set firm.
  9. 9. Whisk 6 tablespoons of cold milk with the pudding powder in a small bowl until no lumps remain.
  10. 10. Bring the remaining milk together with the sugar to a boil in a saucepan.
  11. 11. Add the prepared milk-pudding mixture to the boiling milk and stir vigorously.
  12. 12. Let the pudding boil once more briefly to thicken, then remove it from the heat.
  13. 13. Cover the surface of the pudding directly with plastic wrap to prevent a skin from forming, and let it cool down completely.
  14. 14. Whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks.
  15. 15. Stir the cooled pudding vigorously again to make it creamy.
  16. 16. Gently fold the stiffly whipped cream into the pudding until a homogeneous cream has formed.
  17. 17. Carefully release the set chocolate nests from the molds by lifting the plastic wrap.
  18. 18. Fill the chocolate nests with the pudding-cream mixture.
  19. 19. Garnish the filled nests with dragée eggs (sugar-coated almond or hazelnut kernels) just before serving.
  20. 20. Sprinkle the desserts with the remaining Corn Flakes and chopped pistachios for extra crunch.
