  1. 1. Whisk the milk and flour in a bowl until smooth and lump-free.
  2. 2. Add the eggs and mix well until the batter is homogeneous.
  3. 3. Stir in the melted butter, sugar, and salt.
  4. 4. Let the batter rest for 10 to 15 minutes to allow it to swell.
  5. 5. Chop the chocolate roughly.
  6. 6. Melt the chocolate with the liqueur and cream over a hot water bath.
  7. 7. Remove the bowl from the heat once the chocolate has melted.
  8. 8. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
  9. 9. Remove the green stems and leaves (hull the strawberries).
  10. 10. Cut the strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
  11. 11. Add the lemon juice and powdered sugar to the strawberries.
  12. 12. Let the strawberry mixture sit briefly to allow the flavors to meld.
  13. 13. Heat a crepe pan or a non-stick pan.
  14. 14. Brush the hot pan with a little oil.
  15. 15. Pour a small amount of batter into the pan.
  16. 16. Swirl the pan to spread the batter evenly and thinly across the bottom.
  17. 17. Cook the crepe over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.
  18. 18. Flip the crepe and cook for another approx. 1 minute on the other side.
  19. 19. Repeat the process with the remaining batter until all 8 crepes are baked.
  20. 20. Place a spoonful of chocolate sauce in the center of each finished crepe.
  21. 21. Fold the crepe.
  22. 22. Garnish the crepe with the prepared strawberries.
  23. 23. Serve the crepes immediately.
