🍰 Chocolate Crêpes

Ingredients
- 250 ml milk (1.5% fat)
- 100 g spelt flour
- 20 g cocoa powder (2 tbsp)
- 2 eggs
- 15 g butter (1 tbsp)
- 10 g sugar (1 tsp)
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
Instructions
- 1. Pour the milk into a bowl.
- 2. Add the spelt flour and the cocoa powder.
- 3. Stir the mixture until smooth and free of lumps.
- 4. Add the eggs to the batter.
- 5. Mix everything well together.
- 6. Melt the butter in a small saucepan.
- 7. Let the melted butter cool down briefly.
- 8. Add the sugar and a pinch of salt to the butter.
- 9. Stir the butter-sugar mixture into the batter.
- 10. Let the batter rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
- 11. Grease a non-stick pan with oil.
- 12. Heat the pan until hot.
- 13. Pour one-eighth of the batter into the hot pan.
- 14. Cook the crêpe over medium heat.
- 15. Fry the crêpe on each side for about 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.
- 16. Repeat the process until a total of 8 chocolate crêpes are baked.
