  3. 3. Stir the mixture until smooth and free of lumps.
  4. 4. Add the eggs to the batter.
  5. 5. Mix everything well together.
  6. 6. Melt the butter in a small saucepan.
  7. 7. Let the melted butter cool down briefly.
  8. 8. Add the sugar and a pinch of salt to the butter.
  9. 9. Stir the butter-sugar mixture into the batter.
  10. 10. Let the batter rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
  11. 11. Grease a non-stick pan with oil.
  12. 12. Heat the pan until hot.
  13. 13. Pour one-eighth of the batter into the hot pan.
  14. 14. Cook the crêpe over medium heat.
  15. 15. Fry the crêpe on each side for about 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.
  16. 16. Repeat the process until a total of 8 chocolate crêpes are baked.
